As a patient of Dr. Stern, I was very satisfied with the level of competence and skill and results of my surgery. I found Dr. Stern to be very approachable, kind and compassionate. When you have had double mastectomies and finally decide to have reconstruction it was reassuring to have a surgeon that was willing to answer all questions even though I might have asked her numerous times the same ones. She has the attributes that make a surgeon sought after; expertise, patience, compassion and a positive attitude. I found the staff to be very efficient and considerate.
I had a wonderful experience with your practice. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If someone did not know the answer to a question I had, they found out the answer quickly and let me know. My needs were always met. And the nursing and anesthesia team were absolutely WONDERFUL! They were kind and understanding especially when I was the most anxious before surgery. Dr. Stern really listened to what I was asking for, but also gave me the informative feedback that I needed.
